We Are In This Together — Tactics For Improving Representational Parity In Information Security – Mar 20, 2024

While many of us agree that DEI initiatives are essential to address the cyber skills gap, the how is often less clear. In this webcast, hear success stories from three information security leaders about how they improved parity for those traditionally underrepresented in the industry. We will address all levels of security practitioners. Leaders and mentors will learn some of the strategies and tactics you can bring back to your organization. Those early in their careers better understand how security organizations operate and what they look for when fostering talent.
